All our meals are freshly prepared to ensure the best quality and flavor.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation before delivery.
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery within Montreal and surrounding areas.
If your address is outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us at [your email or phone number] — we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests.
3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 10 AM – 6 PM.
Weekend deliveries are available for catering and pre-scheduled orders only.
You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is on its way.
4. Delivery Fees

5. Pickup Option
Prefer to collect your order?
You can select Pickup at MAVii kitchen during checkout.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email upon arrival.
6. Delays & Issues
We take great care to ensure timely delivery.
However, weather conditions or high-volume periods may cause slight delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at [support@mavii.com] or call 514-400-4509.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once food preparation has started, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
